The works presented focus on the dinstinctive versus the universal. The title Each and Everyone suggests an all inclusive unity but at the same time refers back to the individual objects which make up the whole.
A key work is Line of Descent, a three metres long bronze cast of an apple tree – from the roots to the tiny buds at the end of the branch. The organic structure of the tree is also visible in Atlas – a frottage of the artist’s desk. By calling forth the surface of the table via a graphite imprint, the work maps out the work process taking place at the table.
